　尊敬的各位老师、亲爱的同学们：

　　大家好！今天我讲话的题目是《安全常系心中》。

　　你们知道生活中什么最重要吗?是安全。只有保证我们生命和生活的安全，一切才有意义。当同学们听到有关学生意外伤害事故时，不知道你们想了些什么。我想，同学们至少会想到：这些教训无论发生在谁的身上都会给受害者人身造成伤害、甚至死亡；会给受害者家庭造成极大的损失；会给学校正常教学秩序造成混乱；会给社会造成不稳定影响。安全问题关系到我们每一位学生的切身利益，只有安全才能为我们保驾护航。在这里，我向全体同学发出倡议：

　　1、校内课间不追逐打闹，上下楼梯慢步轻声，靠右行。

　　2、放学按时离校，不在校园内逗留。

　　3、不到小摊小贩购买食物，不吃不洁食物，喝水要讲究卫生，注意身体健康。

　　4、保证用电安全，不乱动电源插座。

　　5、入校后不得随便出校门。上体育课及课外活动时要注意与他人合作，防止器械伤人，保证安全。

　　6、上学、放学途中要遵守交通规则，未满十二周岁不允许骑自行车上学，防止交通事故的发生。

　　7、放学后按时回家，不在街上逗留，不与陌生人交往，不能接受陌生人馈赠礼物，受到不法侵害时及时拨打急救电话寻求帮助。

　　8、不玩火、爱护消防设施。要懂得一些防火、防病、防煤气和食物中毒、防盗、防溺水、紧急情况疏散知识，遇到险情时，能避险，能进行自救自护。

　　9、加强自我教育，培养自身良好的心理品质，与同学、老师保持和谐的关系，以积极的态度对待学习和生活。

　　10、不看不健康的书、报；不参与封建迷信活动。

　　同学们，安全常系心中，人生一路顺风！让我们在国旗下共同祝愿，祝愿我们每天平平安安到校，高高兴兴回家，祝愿我们的生活处处开满安全之花。

　　Dear Teachers and friends，

　　Good morning！ Today， I will talk about Safety Always in Minds.

　　Do you know what is the most important in life? Safety. Everything makes sense only if we guarantee the safety of ourselves. I don't know what you are thinking when you hear about accidental the victims are， these lessons will cause personal injury or even death to them， bring great losses to their families， disorder the normal school teaching， and bring unstable impacts to society. Safety issues are related to the vital interests of each everyone of us， and only safety can escort us. Here， I would like to make an initiative to all the students:

　　Please do not chase and fight in the school recess， take the stairs slowly and softly， and move to the right.

　　Please leave school on time and do not stay on campus.

　　Please do not buy food from small stalls and eat unclean food. Pay attention to the cleanness of drinking water and keep physical health.

　　Please ensure the safety of using electricity and do not touch the power outlets.

　　Please do not leave school casually after entering campus. When attending physical classes and extracurricular activities， please cooperate with others to prevent equipment from hurting people.

　　Please obey the traffic rules on the way to and from school. To prevent traffic accidents， bicycles are prohibited for under the age of 12 to go to school.

　　Please return home on time after school， do not stay on the street and socialize with strangers and accept gifts from them. Do remember to make emergency calls for help when you are illegally violated.

　　Please do not play with fire， take care of firefighting facilities. It is necessary to acquire knowledge of fire prevention， disease prevention， gas and food poisoning， theft prevention， drowning prevention， and emergency evacuation. Thus， you can avoid danger and help yourselves when encountering dangerous situations.

　　Please focus on self-education and cultivate good psychological qualities. You should maintain harmony with classmates and teachers， and study and live with a positive attitude.

　　Please do not read unhealthy books and newspapers； do not participate in superstitious activities.

　　Dear friends， please do bear in mind of safety and we will go all the fantastic way. Let us wish together under the national flag that we will arrive at school safe and sound every day， and go home happily.

　　I sincerely wish that our lives are flourished with safety flowers.
